At DigiMart Systems, we aim to provide a secure and reliable experience for all customers purchasing digital software licenses and related digital products.

Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.


Digital Products

DigiMart Systems primarily sells digitally delivered software licenses and electronic products.

Delivery is typically completed instantly or shortly after payment verification via email or customer account access.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery of digital content may begin immediately after payment has been completed.


Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digitally delivered products once delivery has begun with the customer’s consent.

By purchasing and receiving a digital license or product key from DigiMart Systems, the customer agrees that the digital delivery process may begin immediately after purchase.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted before delivery has been completed.

Once a digital license key or digital product has been delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods and license activation systems.

This policy exists because digitally delivered license keys cannot be verified as unused after delivery.


Faulty or Invalid Products

If a customer receives a product that does not function correctly, we are happy to assist.

In verified cases involving:

  • Invalid license keys
  • Non-working activations
  • Incorrect product delivery
  • Technical activation issues directly related to the provided product

DigiMart Systems may provide:

  • Technical assistance
  • Replacement product keys
  • Alternative products
  • Refunds where appropriate

Required Information for Support

To investigate product-related issues, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Product key
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshot of the error message or activation issue

Failure to provide requested troubleshooting information may delay or prevent resolution.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer
  • Compatibility issues with unsupported systems
  • Failure to meet minimum system requirements
  • Incorrect installation or user error
  • Refusal to cooperate with troubleshooting steps
  • Attempted abuse or fraudulent claims
  • Already activated or consumed digital products

Fraud Prevention

DigiMart Systems reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse orders identified as potentially fraudulent or high-risk.

Refunds may be denied where abuse, manipulation, unauthorized payment activity, or suspicious behavior is detected.


Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Order suspension
  • Service restrictions
  • Additional verification requirements

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed through the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
