Office 365 & Online Activation License Activation Guide
This guide applies ONLY to:
• Microsoft 365
• Office 365
• Bind / account-based licenses
⚠️ Office 2021/2024 Pro Plus, LTSC and Standard licenses DO NOT activate on setup.office.com.
Step 1, Go to Microsoft Setup
Log in using your Microsoft account.
If you do not have one:
• Create a new Microsoft account
Enter your 25-character product key from your delivery email.
Step 2, Download and Install Office
Follow Microsoft’s instructions to:
• Download Office
• Install Office
• Complete activation
Troubleshooting
Please check:
• The key matches the purchased product
• The key was copied correctly
• You are using setup.office.com only for Microsoft 365 / bind licenses
